Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are present to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the device for functionality and condition within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
